Easter Break

We recharged ourselves over the Easter Break

We had a lovely long weekend at home, it was great to just stay at home. Taking the time to enjoy our new house with our family makes us very grateful for all we have. We enjoyed having Granny, Grandad and Aunty Rebecca for Sunday dinner. We hard boiled duck eggs and painted them for Easter.

Snowing during last week !!!

We found we had lots of frames in the garage we could use.

Some pictures are up....we moved back in last September so it only took us 7 months to get organised again!!

Steffen put up some shelves and a desk for our offfice/sewing space

Reorganised black sacks of second hand kids clothes look so much better in cheap cardboard boxes.

Ikea Billy bookcases are cheap and fit loads in them...jigsaws, boardgames and books

Been meaning to put this picture up for ages, my dear sister Margaret and her lovely husband Andy. This photo was taken after they got married in North Carolina, US at the start of the year.
We wish them a lifetime of friendship and love together.

No gardening pictures this week, we did lots of planting over last weekend 15 raspberry given to us by the folks. Most things have germinated inside the house now in pots on windowsills, we have moved our lettuce trays into the house as the polytunnel was getting too warm.
